The Dover Activity Center at John H Dover Memorial Park opened in 2023 as a space for education programs, meetings, and events. In addition to housing YRPA and partner programs, the Center is available for rent for private gatherings. - ~1000 square foot space, including two ADA restrooms, kitchenette, and covered concrete porch.
- Adjacent ADA concrete parking pad.
- Electricity (indoor and outdoor), heat and/or A/C.
- Tables (12 6’ rectangular), chairs (60 plastic stacking) for use in building and on porch.
- 86” SMART screen for presentations or virtual meetings.
- Garage/storage space available by special arrangement.
- Inside occupancy limit: 47

Rental Cost (contact via email for more details and availability):
- Business or Individual: 2hrs = $120; 3-4hrs = $200; 4+hrs = $400.
- Non-profit or Education: 2hrs = $60; 3-4hrs = $100; 4+hrs = $200.
- Deposit and/or event insurance may be required.
