Dover Activity Center

The Dover Activity Center at John H Dover Memorial Park opened in 2023 as a space for education programs, meetings, and events. In addition to housing YRPA and partner programs, the Center is available for rent for private gatherings. Building details:

• 1000 square foot space (occupancy 47), including ADA restrooms and kitchenette. Covered porch with view of the park

• Adjacent ADA concrete parking area

• Electricity (indoor and outdoor), heat and/or A/C, wi-fi.

• Tables (12 6’ rectangular), chairs (60 plastic stacking) for use in building and on porch.

• 86” SMART screen for presentations or virtual meetings.

• Garage/storage space available by special arrangement.

• Building location: 2531 Mary Street, Dover Park trailhead. (Address for location only — not a mailing address.)

• Business or Individual: 2hrs = $120; 3-4hrs = $200; 4+hrs = $400.

• Non-profit or Education: 2hrs = $60; 3-4hrs = $100; 4+hrs = $200.

• Deposit and/or event insurance may be required.
